Peppermint (Mentha Piperita), Ajwain Oil (Ptychotis Ajowan Oil), Nutmeg Oil (Myristica Fragrans Oil), Nilgiri Oil (Eucalyptus Globulus), Sesame Oil, Sarala Oil, Karpura (Camphora Officinarum Wood) Oil, Cardamom Oil.

Direction for Use

  • Rub a thin layer of oil on the throat, chest and back for healthy breathing functions.
  • Gentle application of this oil helps to support healthy breathing. This is natural herbal oil that supports cold weather and changing environmental conditions.
  • Add 1 to 2 teaspoons in a bowl of steaming water, inhale the steaming vapours.
  • Use one teaspoon in a Vaporizer and disinfect the household for protection from airborne pathogens.
  • Half teaspoon of Kapha Oil in an open container to aid in airborne pathogens.
